Josep Borrell Fontelles

Josep Borrell (PSOE, Spain) was appointed in 2019 as High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. He is also Vice-President of the Commission for a Stronger Europe in the World. From 2018 till 2019 Mr Borrell served in the Spanish government as Minister of Foreign Affairs, the European Union and Cooperation.
