Francine Closener

Francine Closener is 54 years old and the mother of two children.

The political career of Francine Closener began in 2013 becoming State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy. In 2019, the former editor-in-chief in Luxembourg’s biggest broadcast, was elected member of the Luxembourg Parliament and reelected in October 2023. Since March 2022, Francine Closener and Dan Biancalana are presidents of the LSAP (Luxembourg Socialist Workers’ Party).
