Heléne Fritzon

Heléne Fritzon is the head of delegation for the Swedish Social Democrats in the European Parliament and Vice President of the S&D Group. She has held leading positions in politics for many years at several different levels: locally as a Mayor, nationally within the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions and later as a Minister in the Swedish government. In the European Parliament, Heléne Fritzon is a member of the ENVI committee and subcommittee on Public Health as well as a substitute member in the FEMM committee and CULT committee. Heléne Fritzon is also a member of the Swedish Social Democratic Party’s board and executive committee.
