Franziska Giffey

Franziska Giffey was elected as the first female Governing Mayor of Berlin in December 2021. She previously served as Minister for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth from 2018 to 2021. A Berlin local, she was the mayor of the district of Neukölln between 2015 and 2018.
