Elisa Ferreira

Elisa Ferreira (PS, Portugal) has been appointed in 2019 as Commissioner for Cohesion and Reforms at the European Commission. In the past, she was vice-governor of Banco de Portugal (2017-2019) and member of the European Parliament from 2004 to 2016. Elisa Ferreira was also Minister of Planning (1999-2022) and Minister of the Environment (1995-1992) in Portugal.
