FRINGE EVENT – CEE/ PES Women/ GL-PvdA Conference: Shared Power, Shared Progress: Men as Allies in Gender Equality

Gender equality cannot be achieved by women alone. Across Europe, women remain underrepresented in leadership and overrepresented in unpaid care work, while anti-feminist backlash and online polarization are on the rise.
Co-organised by PES Women, the CEE Gender Network and PvdA, this panel brings together European and Dutch perspectives to explore how men can act as true allies – at home, in workplaces, and in politics – in dismantling inequalities and building a fairer, more equal society for all.
